Based on the experience of Bartimaeus Baptist Temple in Dallas (http://www.bbtemple.org/) founded 50 years ago by a pastor named Don Whitmore and his wife Anna Ruth (both of whom were disabled), their timed-tested Disability Ministry Model presents not only a viable long-term solution but also provides a solid foundation for even greater ministry significance in the future.
